God is using anointed Women in Ministry in a mighty way to encourage, promote the Gospel, and be a guiding light to a world filled with fear, doubt, and unbelief.  I pray Blessings upon you all who are called by His Name as you speak the Word, inspiring, uplifting, and reassuring others to " keep on keeping on!"

Proverbs 20:15 declares, “There is gold and abundance of rubies; but the lips of knowledge are a rare jewel.”
Rubies are beautiful and when cut and polished, become a many faceted, durable tool of worth. When a light is shined through them they develop the cutting edge, we know as the Laser Beam.  Today’s Women in Ministry are multi-faceted, becoming valued tools for God, allowing Him to shine His light through them. They become Actional, Missional, and Relational through activating God’s word in a concrete formula of hope that radiates through the facets, becoming a cutting edge. They work daily to bring about a sense of community, executing their God given missions to provide the needs of those around them.
Our Women in Ministry pray together, break Bread together, bear one another’s burdens, encourage each other, and feed all those around them according to their requirements. They are true servants of the Almighty through their unselfish desire to reach out to those who are in need of love, joy, peace, gentleness, and kindness. Their ministry derives from a strong passion and craving to reach out into a needy world to tell others about a Savior that loves them regardless of their circumstances. Investing their time and energies into the work of God is worthwhile and rewarding, bringing about a beauty of Grace and Hope in a confused world.
Their mission is not necessarily a glitzy adventure but it is a journey in being led by the “Light of the World”. They become more precious than rubies by allowing God’s knowledge to work through them, bringing restoration and renewal. They have learned the secret of Proverbs 20:15 Gold there is, and rubies in abundance, but lips that speak knowledge are a rare jewel.
The key to being a beautiful "Ruby"  is Proverbs 3: 5-6; Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths” making them a Laser-Beam for God, becoming more precious than a ruby.
